R. Michael Schatzman Mike
is the CEO and founder of Technology Systems Solutions. Before founding TSS he acquired 17 years of experience in the Credit Union industry culminating as VP of Technology. He has participated as a Presenter at national conferences on Symitar and in the Credit Union Industry in technical issues. He assisted in the development of the process to help credit unions be on the Symitar system to prove to the NCUA that credit unions on Symitar were Y2K compliance and personally performed the test for 17 individual credit unions. He worked as an Independent Consultant to the Congress of Venezuela where he assisted in the preparation of Y2K compliance laws for financial institutions and consulted on the formation of a Ministry of Technology to control quality and scope of technology in Venezuela. Later he became a Systems and Financial Analyst through CUSO operations to numerous Symitar clients and worked on increasing operational efficiency in Information systems departments. In 2001 he founded TSS with the goal to help credit unions realize the power of their Symitar System.
Ron Yeshulas Ron has over 24 years of IT experience including operations, programming, project management, and support on both a technical and an application level. Before joining TSS, Ron spent over nine years working for Symitar the leading provider of software solutions for credit unions. During his last five years at Symitar Ron supervised the eProducts Implementations group. Ron was responsible for organizing and scheduling all the installations of Symitar’s NetTeller MemberConnect home banking, MemberConnect Audio, and SymConnect projects. Prior to focusing on eProducts implementations, Ron supervised all of eProducts including implementations, support, and development. Ron has also worked at Symitar as an Analyst assisting in the installation and support of E-Product projects. He also worked in technical support assisting with hardware support.
David Anzai David
joins this team of professionals with over 18 years of experience. With over 11 years experience on the Symitar System, David is knowledgeable with the general ledger, sub accounts, accounts payables programs. In addition, he is experienced with the data processing functions. David was a controller for 12 years and is also knowledgeable with governmental compliance, regulatory reporting, investments accounting and project management. As a member of this consulting group, David has managed conversions and enhanced accounting and data processing programs that have streamlined his client's operations. Prior to his credit union experience, David was an auditor for 4 years with the State of California. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting.
Betty Delgado Betty is our Director of New Business Development. She has over 14 years of experience in marketing direction and corporate development with corporations in Latin America. As our marketing specialist, she has been responsible for providing our outsourced products to our current and prospective clients, and for developing and implementing marketing strategies for new business and maintenance of current relationships. Before joining TSS she worked for the Embassy of India as their Marketing Director and as Manager of a post-production company in Venezuela.
